Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by op13 through our website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must discontinue your use of the op13 platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and op13 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to register or use this platform.
Account Creation, Security & Personal Responsibility
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid payment method. op13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. op13 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately so we can take the necessary protective action.
Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited. op13 employs automated detection methods to identify linked accounts. Withdrawals are only processed to the payment method registered and verified under the same account holder's name. Any attempt to abuse this process will result in account suspension and a full security review.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Op13 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to manipulate game outcomes or platform mechanisms
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate the betting process
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through false identity verification or multiple accounts
- Using your account for money laundering or any financial activity that is illegal under Malaysian law
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or undermining the integrity of the op13 platform
Op13 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take immediate action, including temporary account suspension or permanent termination of the accounts involved, without prior notice in situations that pose an urgent security risk.
Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the op13 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking with registered local Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a payment method in their own name.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days. op13 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Any transaction that is suspicious, unrecognised, or inconsistent with account records will be placed on hold pending a security review. Users will be contacted via their registered contact details for verification before funds are released.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Op13 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or loss of account access caused by factors beyond the platform's control. Users acknowledge that all wagers carry inherent risk and that game outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
All content, designs, logos, software, and visual elements on the op13 platform are the exclusive property of op13 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The op13 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. op13 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Account Termination, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Termination
Op13 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where an account is terminated due to a user violation, any credit balance associated with the offending activity may not be refunded.
Right to Amend Terms
Op13 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be clearly displayed on the platform with the latest update date. Continued use of the platform following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for any claims relating to the use of the op13 platform.
